Office patches failing to install on citrix servers
So last weeks office patches are failing to install on one of my citrix servers and no matter what I do, no joy. change user /install doesn't work. Turn on Windows Installer logging? Check the event log for messages from the installer? Did you try the switch to generate an installer log and see what the log had to say?
