Since the director will be the one footing the bill for the upgrade
don't forget to add in training and new hardware to their bill.  If they
balk tell them that was part of the reason for the non-support on Macs.

Yep and we got Microsoft assisting us for last 11 weeks and running into issue 
after issue. Probably would been easier just to do it in-house with JBOD and 
been done with it.

Safari and Chrome should work with Exchange 2010 and 2013.  But you didn't give 
me enough information to help you beyond that.

I don't think you mean OWA, I think you mean EWS. But I can't be sure.
