As a struggling NT Admin I appreciate him posting the link to subscribe. I've found (already) answers to questions that have puzzled me for a while, firewall suggestions (Smoothwall looks excellent btw) and hope to learn more without spending untold hours searching M$, Slipknot etc fruitlessly. RE: [ LIST ADMIN MESSAGE ] Unsubs
Tim, Let me welcome you aboard. As a far less experienced admin than the majority on this list, I've found this list to be an invaluable resource. However, I would recommend that don't give up searching common support sites simply because this list has so many experienced people. You'll find that you'll get results/answers much faster if you ask your question only after spending at least some time searching for it yourself. And believe me, they can tell whether or not you've tried to solve the problem yourself ;o) Regards, Sean Martin, MCSE Network Administrator Ribelin Lowell Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. 3111 C Street, Suite 300 Anchorage, Alaska 99503 Ph: (907) 561-1250 Fax: (907) 561-4315 Cell: (907) 229-0885 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] -Original Message- From: Tim Tullis [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Wednesday, September 26, 2001 9:39 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: [ LIST ADMIN MESSAGE ] Unsubs As a struggling NT Admin I appreciate him posting the link to subscribe. I told everyone on the saluki MCSE list, if they wanted to be REAL NTAdmin's they should join this list.
