That is exactly what we are doing. We have both up and running.
Google migration from 2003 to 2010. There are many articles out there.
MBS wrote a cover article in the May 2010 edition of Windows IT Pro. I still 
have the hard copy right here on my desk :) Thought you'd like that Michael.
