We used to have McCleod and switched over to Cimco. They were great to work with what we already had in place and were very helpful with any issues. At the moment we have 2 bonded T1's and one leased Point-2-Point line with them. I'm using First Communications @ work and have had good luck with them. We still are on bonded T1s and they have been very reliable. As far as customer service I have not had any problems. They were the most cost effective solution that we came across. We just moved our office to a new building and the move also went as seemless as could be.
