Vhishing trip
My Credit Union has been woken up to a Vhishing trip on our customers this morning. While deep sea Vhishing is a passion of my CEO's the membership doesn't seem to hold his passion for it. Ok jokes off. How do I report a Vhishing attempt. We have had about 14 members call with the same story of being woken up at 4:30am stating their debit/credit cards where misused and needed to be validated. What is the S.O.P. for this?
