[Nut-upsuser] New Tool: nut2mqtt

Hello,

On the page https://networkupstools.org/projects.html, I didn't see a 
general purpose Nut to MQTT client.


I've written one in C++.  Source can be found at: 
https://github.com/rburkholder/nut2mqtt


It iterates all devices found with the client and publishes select 
variables to a provided MQTT queue for each device found.
