Re: [Nut-upsuser] Infinite loop with bcmxcp_usb and Powerware 5115

2011-04-25 Thread Arjen de Korte

Citeren Rupert Hair rupert.h...@gmail.com:

I'm running Solaris 11 Express (snv_151a X86) with NUT 2.6.0 compliled
from the source tarball and a Powerware 5115. I was seeing the driver
hang,

What makes you think the driver 'hangs'?

so gave it some '-D's (23 apparently ;-) and found that it seems
to be getting into an infinite loop when reading data from the UPS.

The driver doesn't background when you run it in debug mode. So what
you're seeing, is what we expect.

The debug output is attached and I would be very grateful for some
help or advice on what to try next.

Without more information on why you think the driver is misbehaving,
debug output is useless (and you posted too little to be useful
anyway). Please read what is said in the documentation about running
drivers in debug mode before wasting our time here.

Best regards, Arjen

[Nut-upsuser] [HCL] Numeric 3000 SW supported by blazer_ser

2011-04-25 Thread Petr Kubánek
Hi,

Numeric 3000 SW seems to be supported. Please find entries below. I did
not go through complete shut-down sequence while on site (Bloemfontein,
RSA), but recent power failure (while I was already at Europe) confirms
it works as expected.

- Numeric Digital 3000 SW, seems to be some India based manufacturer
