I have a Linksys WVC54G wireless video camera that works pretty well. It's
set up at home looking at the St. Croix River in Stillwater, MN. There isn't
much action this time of the year so it looks almost like a still picture.
But it is LIVE and sometimes you can see a bird or my dogs run by. I have
the audio turned off but it works pretty well.

anyone have any experience with the various models of stand-alone web
streaming video cameras?
basically i'm looking for something that i can use at the many workshops and
events we have at NYU, just plop down on the table and stream the event to
the Internet. so it needs sound, and decent quality video under good indoor
lighting conditions (though sometimes low light, especially when people are
using Powerpoint)
any recommendations or pointers would be appreciated
