For anyone looking to twitch. The Gulls all just lifted off. Likely spooked by an off leashed dog or the chap with his scooter. Many flew out. I’ll do the loop and keep checking to see if it returns. I am looking at a MEW GULL right now at Brooklyn Terminal Piers Park. The bird is likely the one I had earlier. It is with a flock of Ring-billed Gulls that are loafing on the rocks dividing the two impoundments.
