Highlights: 12 Species of Wood Warblers including Blue-winged & Pine Warblers, 
Black-billed Cuckoo, Green-winged Teal, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. Some 
evidence of diurnal raptor migration with Bald Eagle and Osprey overhead.

Northern Shoveler - female Turtle Pond
Mallard 15 - Turtle Pond & the Lake
Green-winged Teal - female Turtle Pond (reported earlier by Stephen Dunn)
Mourning Dove - 6
Black-billed Cuckoo - Upper Lobe
Chimney Swift - 3
Ruby-throated Hummingbird - 2 (Tupelo Field & Shakespeare Garden)
Herring Gull - flyover
Double-crested Cormorant - flyover
Green Heron - flyover
Osprey - flyover
Bald Eagle - flyover

[nysbirds-l] Red Phalarope, Manhattan

Haven’t seen this posted here, but a Red Phalarope was found this morning by 
Loyan Beausoleil at Stuyvesant Cove, at 20th St on the East River. The bird has 
continued and has been very cooperative, often feeding within a few feet of 
onlookers.
