[nysbirds-l] Swallow-tailed Kite - Woodbury

2021-07-25 Thread Michael Z
Hello all,
Robert Taylor just spotted a Swallow-tailed Kite on South Woods Road just
north of Butera's Restaurant in Woodbury, NY (Nassau County). The bird
seemed to be flying north, but it flew over the tree line and out of our
site. Went to Stillwell Woods to try and relocate but no luck. But if you
are in the area of the spoonbill, keep your eyes open.
