I observed five Long tailed ducks from the piers of the Oyster Bay Marine Center, Oyster Bay, NY. They were at the opposite site of the bay, and I was able to see and find them while using my scope. They were far in the opposite side of the bay, 3 males and two females. There were also several Red-breasted Mergansers, Greater and Lesser scouts, Bufflehead, Canada and Brant geese.
