Central Park NYC - North End Friday, May 12, 2017 OBS: Robert DeCandido, PhD & many other observers Highlights: Although the birding was slower again today with very few new arrivals, a female Summer Tanager appeared at the east side of the Loch then flew toward the Wildflower Meadow (south). This was followed 30 minutes later by a female Summer Tanager at the East Blowdown Meadow. A male Ruby-throated Hummingbird appeared north of the east side of the Pool.
