The male *Eurasian Wigeon* is continuing at Grant Park, as is the male *Common* *Goldeneye*, in addition to a female Goldeneye that flew off this morning around 10AM. Also, some great birding at Hempstead Lake SP with an adult *Bald Eagle* flying over the big lake, south towards the fishing pond, and a *Great Horned Owl* hanging out in a tree north of the bat box by the southern pond. Other than that, about 45 species seen around the south end with fantastic activity and variety, definitely worth a stop if conditions continue.
