[nysbirds-l] Northern Wheatear - Brooklyn

2014-10-01 Thread Robert Bate
I received word from Dave Taft and Jen Nersessian, both of Gateway NRA, that
they had the Northern Wheatear from 4-5:30 PM on both sides of the inlet to the
salt marsh at Plum(b) Beach in Brooklyn. The bird first perched on a derelict
boat on the north side making short forays and flew to the south side where
they later refound it at the edge of vegetation.

It's worth trying for this bird again tomorrow.
