I got a call from Andy Ballideli reporting a Say's Phoebe seen earlier
near the Robert Moses Hawk Watch Platform.

I believe a search is underway to see if it dropped into the median
anywhere near the area.

[nysbirds-l] Say's Phoebe @ Robert Moses...

Joan Quinlan found a Say's Phoebe on the beach at Robert Moses near field 2, 
but the bird flew off. It was reportedly last seen near the golf clubhouse, 
before moving again.  Shai Mitra, is out there working on trying to relocate 
the bird.
