The Summer Tanager was still present this morning around 11 a.m. When I arrived at about 10:45 a birder waiting there told me it had been seen earlier in the morning but hadn't been there for about an hour. Within a few minutes it flew into one of the bare trees in front of the red barn, giving us nice overhead views. It flew first into the next bare tree toward the house and then down to the suet feeder. It also called a few times.
