At first it may be difficult to accept such a statement as fact. So let us
pursue the subject a bit. Let us start by dividing the population of this
planet into two groups, the minority and the majority.

It would seem that only a minority of the people on this planet have the
ability and ambition to study hard, to figure out ways to accumulate wealth,
and to raise their standard of living. The majority are apparently unable or
unwilling to acquire the knowledge and take the action which would enable
them to do the same.

Another difficulty of the majority is the herd instinct which they follow. The
desire to go along with a large group is evident among people and animals. This
is caused by the idea that there is safety in numbers – to think and act
like the majority of other people. Anyone who dares to be different from the
crowd is not considered to be "normal."

One of the big troubles with modern society is the conformity of ideas and
action. I call it the mediocrity of conformity. Many people are actually
afraid to be different – to pursue unusual ideas. But the road to success is
paved with unusual ideas, and traveled by unusual people who dare to be
different. In our modern society it frequently pays to be unusual and
different.

Another trouble with the majority is that they have a tendency to believe
what they are told, especially if something is repeated frequently. The
majority find it is easier to accept the statements of others than to think
for themselves.

The minority, who do not believe what they are told, must put forth
intensive effort in their search for truth and knowledge. Sometimes the
quest for knowledge is like sailing on an uncharted sea with nothing to
guide you except the facts you learn as you go along. The success of your
voyage depends on how well you can separate facts from fantasy, how well you
can analyze the facts you discover, and how well you use them to reach the
right conclusions.

In the stock market, the majority are inclined to believe what they are told
in the form of tips, rumors and advice. The minority believe only what they
know to be facts, and then reach their own conclusions by analyzing those
facts.

Still another weakness of the majority is their disbelief in change. Most
people do not expect or prepare for changes in the status quo. They believe
that things will continue indefinitely just as they are right now. When the
stock market goes up, the majority expect it to continue going up
indefinitely. They do not bother to think about the time when the market
will change its course and turn downward.

At the same time, the minority know that change is inevitable, and they are
looking ahead, trying to figure how to tell when the market makes the
change, and planning what actions they will take at that time. The minority
know that every bull market has been followed by a bear market, and that
every bear market had been followed by a bull market. The successful
investor must possess a mind which is flexible enough to accept changing
conditions.

The majority of investors are almost paralyzed by their opinions, because it
is difficult to change an opinion which is well established. When a person
has a definite opinion, there is the danger that he might not be able to
change it until too late to take the proper action.

crash yang menimpa bursa seluruh dunia, dan tidak melihat lagi fundamental
emiten lagi.

So, kemungkinan terbaik anda bisa dapat barang bagus di harga murah.

Note: sekedar reminder, sektor yang paling DIBANTING agustus lalu adalah
sektor mining. Yup, sektor ini memang gila volatilitasnya, dan gerakannya
agak bandel ngelawan arus, tapi kalau posisinya pas, bisa cuan gede.

Saya juga nggak kecewa. itulah pasar, tidak ada yg bisa mengira2 apa yang
akan terjadi 1 menit kedepan, kecuali memang dia yg punya dana besar dan
punya barang dengan harga jauh dibawah harga yg saat ini sedang ada *(data
daily average price bisa dapat dari mana ya???)*. apakah mereka akan benar2
quit dari kepemilikan perusahaan tsb atau hanya buang barang yang harganya
murah. kalau perusahaan bagus, mana mungkin nggak ada yang membeli. selalu
ada kenaikan dan penurunan harga. SANGAT WAJAR. Anggap saja sekarang dana
lagi dipakai perusahaan untuk pengembangan perusahaan. gitu aja koq repot,
hehehe
kan sudah banyak yg bilang, portofolio jangan disatukan. 80% buat investasi
dan 20%untuk trading.

siapa yg tau bahwa sekarang gank anda malah akan naikin harga minggu depan,
dua minggu lagi, atau sebulan lagi.

btw, sepertinya udah banyak rekomendasi yang kurang fair. berdasar emosi

Pak DE, yang dimaksud majority disini adalah jumlah "orang" ya?
Bagaimana dengan teori 80:20 (Hukum Pareto), saya kurang tahu persis
apakah di bursa juga berlaku hal itu, 80% dana/saham dikuasai oleh 20%
"orang", dan 20% dana/saham dikuasai oleh 80% orang.

Kalau benar sebenarnya siapa yang majority disini?

buat yg belon masuk ada kemungkinan ini saatnya, buat yg mau cut, coba cut half

  Dalam bidang pendidikan, program wajib belajar 12 tahun akan kita tingkatkan. 
Kerjasama SLTA dengan Jaringan Politeknik dan Universitas se Indonesia, akan 
meningkatkan kualitas lulusan SLTA lebih siap masuk lapangan kerja. Disamping 
itu daya serap Perguruan Tinggi akan kita tingkatkan bertahap hingga 50% 
lulusan SLTA. Ditingkat Internasional, 3 tahun berturut-turut ITB telah 
memimpin di peringkat pertama Institut Teknologi & Universitas terbaik se 
Asia-Afrika, UI pada peringkat ke 7, dan masih ada 11 Universitas Negeri/swasta 
yang masuk jajaran 50 teratas. Pemerintah juga menyediakan bantuan pendidikan 
bagi 5000 calon mahasiswa Doktoral pertahun, dimana jumlah ini akan kita 
tingkatkan dari tahun ke tahun.   
  
  Ketahanan pangan dan energi bangsa Indonesia semakin kuat. Saya mengucapkan 
terimakasih sebesar-besarnya kepada para petani-nelayan yang telah mendukung 
program pemerintah mengekspor energi dan pangan. Daya saing produk pangan dan 
olahannya dari Indonesia sudah sangat dikenal di dunia, khususnya hasil tanaman 
tropis. Sementara dari ketahanan energi, kita telah menuai hasil dari dibukanya 
10 juta Ha lahan algae di pesisir pantai-pantai Indonesia yang secara bertahap 
akan mensuplai 80% kebutuhan bensin+ethanol. Dari bio diesel kita bahkan telah 
mengekspor ke Negara sahabat, karena kebutuhan kita masih dibawah hasil 
produksi nasional. 
  
  Dari Kementerian Investasi dan BUMN, saya menerima laporan pendapatan 
Pemerintah meningkat 238% dari hasil investasi pemerintah di 5 pasar modal 
utama dunia, investasi langsung pada proyek-proyek di LN, dan keuntungan BUMN 
dan perusahaan Multinasional milik Pemerintah. 
  
  Pendapatan pemerintah dari sektor Pajak dan Zakat juga meningkat 41%. 
Pemberlakuan UU Pajak dan Zakat rupanya telah menggali potensi tersembunyi 
rakyat kita. Laporan dari Dirjen Pajak dan Zakat Departemen Keuangan 
menunjukkan 20% pendapatan disumbang dari Zakat. Sekali lagi pemerintah 
mengucapkan terimakasih sebesar-besarnya kepada rakyat yang telah mempercayakan 
pengelolaan zakatnya kepada Pemerintah. Catatan penting disini adalah ternyata 
rakyat lebih mendahulukan membayar Zakat, baru berikutnya kewajiban pajaknya.  
  
  Pemberlakuan UU Pengelolaan Usaha juga menunjukkan hasil yang semakin baik. 
Pemerintah tidak anti pada kapitalisme, tetapi hal ini harus dibatasi. Opsi 
pajak yang sangat tinggi atas hasil usaha diatas nilai wajar atau dikembalikan 
untuk kesejahteraan karyawan dan masyarakat, diluar dugaan diterima dengan baik 
oleh para investor. Pemerintah juga akan memantau secara khusus laporan Laba 
Ditahan dan investasi baru untuk pengembangan usaha. 
  
  Tingkat pengangguran kurang dari 2%, akan menjadi perhatian Pemerintah lebih 
baik lagi. Pemerintah akan meningkatkan fasilitas pelayanan umum bebas biaya;

Minggu lalu saya nonton Suze Orman show di CNBC.
Ada yang tanya mengenai investing style menurut umur. Kalo masih muda boleh
ikutn high risk, kalo udah tua .. yang konservatif aja.
Nah .. jawaban dia adalah ... dia nggak peduli dengan itu semua. As long as
kita confort dengan apa yang kita lakukan .. just do it.
Dan dia juga bilang ... Investing supposed to be fun ... jangan sampe nggak
tidur gara-gara invest or trading.
Agree pak ... santai aja ... :)

Pak DE, yang dimaksud majority disini adalah jumlah "orang" ya?
Bagaimana dengan teori 80:20 (Hukum Pareto), saya kurang tahu persis
apakah di bursa juga berlaku hal itu, 80% dana/saham dikuasai oleh 20%
"orang", dan 20% dana/saham dikuasai oleh 80% orang.

Kalau benar sebenarnya siapa yang majority disini?

At first it may be difficult to accept such a statement as fact. So let us
pursue the subject a bit. Let us start by dividing the population of this
planet into two groups, the minority and the majority.

It would seem that only a minority of the people on this planet have the

Kemungkinan bandar takut kalau turunnya terlalu kenceng banyak yang
nge-short
Itu kalau skenarionya memang akan dibawa ke 2.600.

Tapi kalau skenarionya akan diterbangkan ke 3.000, ya...berarti itu
cuma buat bersih-bersih penumpang tiket berdiri, diombang-ambing biar
mabok, trus kalau udah pada turun, baru deh di geber.

Dalam trading ndak ada cerita menang terus yah... hehehe...Intinya,
jika dari 400an saham kita filter menjadi 20-30an saham terbaik. WDTL
khusus memilih saham-saham yang (semoga) sedang up - trend. Buat yang
menyukai 'Buy Low Sell High' alias bottom fishing, bisa menggunakan
WDWL atau WDPL sebagai pedoman.

Kerjasama SLTA dengan Jaringan Politeknik dan Universitas se Indonesia, akan 
meningkatkan kualitas lulusan SLTA lebih siap masuk lapangan kerja. Disamping 
itu daya serap Perguruan Tinggi akan kita tingkatkan bertahap hingga 50% 
lulusan SLTA. Ditingkat Internasional, 3 tahun berturut-turut ITB telah 
memimpin di peringkat pertama Institut Teknologi & Universitas terbaik se 
Asia-Afrika, UI pada peringkat ke 7, dan masih ada 11 Universitas Negeri/swasta 
yang masuk jajaran 50 teratas. Pemerintah juga menyediakan bantuan pendidikan 
bagi 5000 calon mahasiswa Doktoral pertahun, dimana jumlah ini akan kita 
tingkatkan dari tahun ke tahun.  
  
  Ketahanan pangan dan energi bangsa Indonesia semakin kuat. Saya mengucapkan 
terimakasih sebesar-besarnya kepada para petani-nelayan yang telah mendukung 
program pemerintah mengekspor energi dan pangan. Daya saing produk pangan dan 
olahannya dari Indonesia sudah sangat dikenal di dunia, khususnya hasil tanaman 
tropis. Sementara dari ketahanan energi, kita telah menuai hasil dari dibukanya 
10 juta Ha lahan algae di pesisir pantai-pantai Indonesia yang secara bertahap 
akan mensuplai 80% kebutuhan bensin+ethanol. Dari bio diesel kita bahkan telah 
mengekspor ke Negara sahabat, karena kebutuhan kita masih dibawah hasil 
produksi nasional.
  
  Dari Kementerian Investasi dan BUMN, saya menerima laporan pendapatan 
Pemerintah meningkat 238% dari hasil investasi pemerintah di 5 pasar modal 
utama dunia, investasi langsung pada proyek-proyek di LN, dan keuntungan BUMN 
dan perusahaan Multinasional milik Pemerintah.
  
  Pendapatan pemerintah dari sektor Pajak dan Zakat juga meningkat 41%. 
Pemberlakuan UU Pajak dan Zakat rupanya telah menggali potensi tersembunyi 
rakyat kita. Laporan dari Dirjen Pajak dan Zakat Departemen Keuangan 
menunjukkan 20% pendapatan disumbang dari Zakat. Sekali lagi pemerintah 
mengucapkan terimakasih sebesar-besarnya kepada rakyat yang telah mempercayakan 
pengelolaan zakatnya kepada Pemerintah. Catatan penting disini adalah ternyata 
rakyat lebih mendahulukan membayar Zakat, baru berikutnya kewajiban pajaknya.  
  
  Pemberlakuan UU Pengelolaan Usaha juga menunjukkan hasil yang semakin baik. 
Pemerintah tidak anti pada kapitalisme, tetapi hal ini harus dibatasi. Opsi 
pajak yang sangat tinggi atas hasil usaha diatas nilai wajar atau dikembalikan 
untuk kesejahteraan karyawan dan masyarakat, diluar dugaan diterima dengan baik 
oleh para investor. Pemerintah juga akan memantau secara khusus laporan Laba 
Ditahan dan investasi baru untuk pengembangan usaha. 
  
  Tingkat pengangguran kurang dari 2%, akan menjadi perhatian Pemerintah lebih 
baik lagi. Pemerintah akan meningkatkan fasilitas pelayanan umum bebas biaya; 
pangan, sandang, dan papan bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Pengiriman TKI dan TKW 
tidak trampil telah lama kita hentikan, dan telah kita gantikan dengan TKI 
dengan keahlian dan ketrampilan tinggi dan sangat terlatih. Kebanggaan menjadi 
WNI dan nasionalisme yang kuat semakin dalam tertanam pada setiap warga Negara 
dimanapun dia berada. Indonesia kini juga telah menjadi tujuan penting bagi 
ekspatriat manca Negara. 
  
  Krisis keuangan dan Bank Sentral di Eropah dan AS yang merugikan hingga 
ribuan milyard Euro 3 tahun silam, mendorong Pemerintah untuk mempercepat upaya 
realisasi mata uang tunggal di dunia. Setelah mata uang ‘Asia Currency’, kini 
harus dipikirkan satu mata uang tunggal di dunia. Setiap bangsa di dunia, 
setiap rakyatnya harus terbebas dari perbedaan nilai mata uang yang dapat 
dipermainkan.
  
  Akhirnya sebagai penutup, saya mengucapkan ‘Selamat Tahun Baru 2018’. Semoga

Mungkin bukan CRASH tapi KOREKSI

KOREKSI biasanya terjadi sesudah INDEX ENGINEERING seperti
yang ditunjukan pada grafik ISX Capital Flow (lihat
di http://www.obrolanbandar.com)

Tapi jika CAPITAL OUTFLOW terjadi terus pada beberapa hari
kedepan maka KOREKSI bisa cukup gede.

Inipun ada saratnya yaitu:
- Market mau nampung barang barang yg diDUMP.
- Biasanya kalo market tidak mau BUY barang barang yg di DUMP,
  maka prinsip CONTRARIAN akan berlaku seperti yg ditulis pak DE.
- Jadi kita berharap saja market tidak percaya ada Windows
  Dressing sehingga FM GEDE yg mau cuci gudang tidak bisa
  JUALAN. Dan konsekwensinya mereka akan menjaga IHSG agar
  performance mereka tidak MEROSOT pada akhit tahun.
- Sarat terakhir: regional dan harga komoditi tidak TURUN.

Aiya...some say bearish, some say bullish. Some say hell, some say 
heaven. NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE knows what's gonna happen in the 
future, i.e. 5 min from now or 5 days from now. They can only GUESS. 
Stick to our trading plan is the best way. And don't trade or invest 
if unsure, as Pak DE said trading should be fun (or was it someone 
else?). Investing should be fun as well...no point putting in your 
money into stock market and have yourself worry sick every single 
second! It's just not worth it.

bukunya, tapi biasanya kan akhir tahun. kalau tambang emang udah naik
banyak banget, sejak agustus malah naik gila2an. harusnya fm window
dressing buat yg belom naik banyak.

mengekspor ke Negara sahabat, karena kebutuhan kita masih dibawah hasil 
produksi nasional.

 

Dari Kementerian Investasi dan BUMN, saya menerima laporan pendapatan 
Pemerintah meningkat 238% dari hasil investasi pemerintah di 5 pasar modal 
utama dunia, investasi langsung pada proyek-proyek di LN, dan keuntungan BUMN 
dan perusahaan Multinasional milik Pemerintah.

 

Pendapatan pemerintah dari sektor Pajak dan Zakat juga meningkat 41%. 
Pemberlakuan UU Pajak dan Zakat rupanya telah menggali potensi tersembunyi 
rakyat kita. Laporan dari Dirjen Pajak dan Zakat Departemen Keuangan 
menunjukkan 20% pendapatan disumbang dari Zakat. Sekali lagi pemerintah 
mengucapkan terimakasih sebesar-besarnya kepada rakyat yang telah mempercayakan

Pemerintah tidak anti pada kapitalisme, tetapi hal ini harus dibatasi. Opsi 
pajak yang sangat tinggi atas hasil usaha diatas nilai wajar atau dikembalikan 
untuk kesejahteraan karyawan dan masyarakat, diluar dugaan diterima dengan baik 
oleh para investor. Pemerintah juga akan memantau secara khusus laporan Laba 
Ditahan dan investasi baru untuk pengembangan usaha. 

 

Tingkat pengangguran kurang dari 2%, akan menjadi perhatian Pemerintah lebih 
baik lagi. Pemerintah akan meningkatkan fasilitas pelayanan umum bebas biaya; 
pangan, sandang, dan papan bagi mereka yang membutuhkan. Pengiriman TKI dan TKW 
tidak trampil telah lama kita hentikan, dan telah kita gantikan dengan TKI 
dengan keahlian dan ketrampilan tinggi dan sangat terlatih. Kebanggaan menjadi 
WNI dan nasionalisme yang kuat semakin dalam tertanam pada setiap warga Negara 
dimanapun dia berada. Indonesia kini juga telah menjadi tujuan penting bagi 
ekspatriat manca Negara. 

 

Krisis keuangan dan Bank Sentral di Eropah dan AS yang merugikan hingga ribuan 
milyard Euro 3 tahun silam, mendorong Pemerintah untuk mempercepat upaya 
realisasi mata uang tunggal di dunia. Setelah mata uang 'Asia Currency', kini 
harus dipikirkan satu mata uang tunggal di dunia. Setiap bangsa di dunia, 
setiap rakyatnya harus terbebas dari perbedaan nilai mata uang yang dapat 
dipermainkan.

 

Akhirnya sebagai penutup, saya mengucapkan 'Selamat Tahun Baru 2018'. Semoga

At first it may be difficult to accept such a statement as fact. So let us
pursue the subject a bit. Let us start by dividing the population of this
planet into two groups, the minority and the majority.

It would seem that only a minority of the people on this planet have the
ability and ambition to study hard, to figure out ways to accumulate wealth,
and to raise their standard of living. The majority are apparently unable or
unwilling to acquire the knowledge and take the action which would enable
them to do the same.

Another difficulty of the majority is the herd instinct which they follow. The
desire to go along with a large group is evident among people and animals. This
is caused by the idea that there is safety in numbers – to think and act
like the majority of other people. Anyone who dares to be different from the
crowd is not considered to be "normal."

One of the big troubles with modern society is the conformity of ideas and
action. I call it the mediocrity of conformity. Many people are actually
afraid to be different – to pursue unusual ideas. But the road to success is
paved with unusual ideas, and traveled by unusual people who dare to be
different. In our modern society it frequently pays to be unusual and
different.

Another trouble with the majority is that they have a tendency to believe
what they are told, especially if something is repeated frequently. The
majority find it is easier to accept the statements of others than to think
for themselves.

The minority, who do not believe what they are told, must put forth
intensive effort in their search for truth and knowledge. Sometimes the
quest for knowledge is like sailing on an uncharted sea with nothing to
guide you except the facts you learn as you go along. The success of your
voyage depends on how well you can separate facts from fantasy, how well you
can analyze the facts you discover, and how well you use them to reach the
right conclusions.

In the stock market, the majority are inclined to believe what they are told
in the form of tips, rumors and advice.  The minority believe only what they
know to be facts, and then reach their own conclusions by analyzing those
facts.

Still another weakness of the majority is their disbelief in change. Most
people do not expect or prepare for changes in the status quo. They believe
that things will continue indefinitely just as they are right now. When the
stock market goes up, the majority expect it to continue going up
indefinitely. They do not bother to think about the time when the market
will change its course and turn downward.

At the same time, the minority know that change is inevitable, and they are
looking ahead, trying to figure how to tell when the market makes the
change, and planning what actions they will take at that time. The minority
know that every bull market has been followed by a bear market, and that
every bear market had been followed by a bull market. The successful
investor must possess a mind which is flexible enough to accept changing
conditions.

The majority of investors are almost paralyzed by their opinions, because it
is difficult to change an opinion which is well established. When a person
has a definite opinion, there is the danger that he might not be able to
change it until too late to take the proper action.

Almost everybody tries to form an opinion of the market. Many investors are
constantly gathering information to help them form the correct opinion. As
the opinion forms, the investor subconsciously becomes more receptive to the
ideas, which help to substantiate his opinion.

There are always plenty of arguments for both sides of a case.  Since the
equal acceptance of arguments from both sides would result in frustrating
confusion, a person must choose which to accept.  Frequently a person
accepts the arguments which support his own opinion, and he ignores the
opposite side of the case.  It is human nature to do so.  Many people
actively consider and publicize only the arguments which will support their
opinions.  The process is called rationalization.

If you read carefully my last message, i told you the answer already. 
It was my prediction about closing composite index at that day, 2755. (I must 
be very lucky that day, he..he...he...)
(none expect it will become 26xx in a day, right? in fact, expecting downtrend 
at that day is good enough, so i assume 27 is fixed)
The number after the comma, 7 thats why i said i was wrong and i missed 2 click 
away.
Although i can boast by saying i knew that and it was impossible to say 7km in 
that riddle, but to tell you the truth, i didnt know and 
doesn't really care about this number.
Yes, it wasn't a perfect way to tell, but the riddle itself is not so simple to 
compose either.

Now what about Bill's Bear, if you ask.
he..he...he.. Bill's Bear already out for 3 straight days, leaving trails, 
look for the answer there. 
Fundamentally Bill's Bear is quite significant, 
but technically there seems to be efforts from a "bear tamer",
to put Bill's Bear in a cage for a while.
So far the effort has just started and NOT succeeded yet.
It's up to this tamer alone, since there will be less participants in the field.
Search where is Bill's Bear and his status day by day from now.
Extra cautious and safe trading is always a good practise. 
As for me?
I will continue enjoying my holiday here for now, watching sunsets.

Selayaknya memiliki pasukan terlatih dan sudah malang melintang dalam
berbagai pertempuran, saya siap 'berperang' minimal 1 tahun
mempertahankan ketiga kubu (MYRX, POLY dan TMPI). Artinya: siap
menghadapi gempuran berat (penurunan harga setelah saham ditambah
jumlahnya yang beredar, sampai dengan dihapus dari bursa). No pein no
gein, beibe...;-)

Pengalaman dengan CNKO memang berguna...

Iya, saya juga kenal seorang veteran yang 'mainan'nya saham-saham kuaci
seperti APIC, BHIT, CNKO dan lainnya yang di bawah Rp. 100. Minggu
kemarin ia untung besar.

Yang saya dapatkan dari beliau ini adalah pentingnya kita telaten pada
yang kita kerjakan. Dia mengenal pola saham-saham itu, karena memang
itulah yang sering ia dagangkan. Saya mendapat banyak ilmu darinya. Ilmu
dan musibah datangnya bergantung pada siapa kita berteman, karena teman
tidak diciptakan tetapi harus dicari...

puncak hanya sampai 2818.

IHSG saat ini bila dilihat dengan Elliott Wave telah berada di Wave ke-5
alias menuju tahap koreksi Wave a,b,c. Untuk lebih jelasnya lihat grafik
