Minggu lalu ada yang rekomendasi beli FPNI , saya ikut beli karena liat fundamentalnya bagus banget. Sekarang ini belum jalan. Sama juga waktu beli ADMF, waktu itu ada komentar dari Pak Oen, saya jadi tidak beli lagi. Harganya masih dibawah Rp. 6.000. sekarang klo jual di delapan ribu ada aja yang serap. Perlu waktu. PTRA menbayar Obligasi konversi yang baru berjalan satu tahun dengan tanah 10 Jt m2 lebih untuk obligasi konversi 1% pa. Sehingga PTRA dirugikan lebih dari rp350 milyar rupiah. Kerugian ini luar biasa sekali karena jumlah obligasinya rp400 milyar. Apalagi yang mengambil tanah ini beralamat yang sama dengan penerima kuasa obligasi. Pengaduan sudah diajukan ke Bapepam hampir 3 bulan yang lalu. Apa ada yang punya data bagaimana obligasi konversi bisa dibayar dgn tanah (persediaan)? Data apa saja yang ada tolong di email, untuk diteruskan ke Bapepam. Pemilik PTRA dari grup MAYAPADA.
