 PENJUALAN SAHAM BCA


 Farallon Capital Lepas 4,05% BBCA Senilai US$ 328,6 Juta




  Perusahaan investasi asal AS Farallon Capital Management LLC mendapatkan
US$ 328,6 juta dari penjualan 4,05% sahamnya di PT Bank Central Asia Tbk
(BBCA). Hal ini dinyatakan oleh orang yang mengetahui persis hal ini, Jumat
(26/6).

Farallon Capital yang berbasiskan di San Fransisco telah melepas 986 juta
saham BBCA dengan harga Rp 3.425 per saham; atau 10% diskon dari harga
penutupan BBCA pada hari Kamis kemarin, Rp 3.825 per saham.

Perusahaan ini telah mengantongi untung yang cukup besar setelah tujuh tahun
mengerami saham bank di Indonesia ini.

Saham BBCA ini telah menekuk hampir delapan kali lipat sejak Farallon
membelinya di tahun 2002 bersama dengan Djarum Group sebesar 51,76% senilai
US$ 540 juta.

Sjarum yang merupakan perusahaan swasta terbesar di Indonesia, masih
menggenggam 47,7% saham di BCA melalui kendaraan investasinya.

Sementara itu, BCA yang didirikan tahun 1995, merupakan bank terbesar ketiga
di Indonesia dengan total aset sebesar US$ 23,9 miliar per 31 Maret 2009.

3.4T ya totalnya ? barusan saya intip dari HOTS, total transaksi 2 hari ini
aja untuk BBCA belum mencapai 250M. target kelar hari ini ? emang mulai
