Pak Teddy,saya kurang tahu mengenai aspek fundamentalnya,saya hanya trading dengan view mingguan dan pendekatan saya boleh dikata hanya technical murni,kalaupun fundamental hanya kulitnya aja,sebatas yang saya baca dikoran.Tapi saya akan coba tangkapbig picturenya. Yang pasti sekarang market big bullish,saham apapun kemungkinan besar akan naik naik,jelek atau bagus fundamentalnya.Untuk properti saya lihat leadernya adalah CTRS dan SMRA dan melihat environmentnya dimana usd/idr akan terus turun,kemudian interest akan turun akan menjadi environment positif untuk kedua saham tersebut (permintaan konsumen akan meningkat),nggak usah pake ilmu2an dan kita nggak perlu jadi genius untuk paham hal ini.kita kekep 2 saham tersebut jangka waktu lama akan untung.salamTeddy Halim [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Pak, boleh tanya baca di Kompas dng over supply aparments sekarang ini, rasanya ini major stake SMRA apakah rally ini akan berlanjut.
