Hi All,

I would not recommend any civic association being OCA ONW or Others to trespass 
on Prasa property no matter the reason.Permission needs to be obtained.

not likely to respond to our needs anytime soon... but what if some were to  
simply ‘informally’ fix it section by section (starting with the worst pieces) 
with some minor additional supports and tensile cable where required anchored 
appropriately and then as each section is made more secure, attach “flat wrap” 
barbed wire coil across the existing fence, where holes are, starting with the 
lower levels and then adding the appropriate height to make it secure. 
This should be relatively inexpensive if upgraded section by section without 
causing any problems. 
As each section is done, the unwanted creepers could be limited or trimmed off 
so the point raise by Stephen is taken  appropriately into account.
