AW: OJB Development Activity
Hi, it has been quiet for a while, that's true. Maybe because there are still holidays in Germany (some of the developers live in Germany afaik). But is it dead? I don't know. Can't find a roadmap or something like that on the website. But as a user, it works fine for me. Actually I'm happy that there isn't a new version (with new features I don't need) every two months. Based on the state of the website and the SVN repository, it looks like this project has stalled... the last commits were months ago and the last release was in 2005. Is OJB dead, or is active work being done somewhere to work towards finishing 1.1, 2.0, the OTM, et al. - Jason - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
AW: Compiling OJB 1.0.4 - JDO jars missing
Hello, I removed the part in the build.xml that prevents me from compiling without these libs. At least I got some jars now. But haven't tried it yet. Im not using JDO so I hope it works without missing the libs. Regards Lasse Lambrecht -Ursprüngliche Nachricht- Von: Andrei Harangus [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Gesendet: Dienstag, 1. Juli 2008 16:58 An: 'OJB Users List' Betreff: RE: Compiling OJB 1.0.4 - JDO jars missing Hi Lasse, I had the same problem yesterday. JDO version 2 does not work - I tried both 2.0 and 2.1 to compile in debug mode. It looks like JDO 1 is no longer available on Sun's websites. What I did was a grose hack - went into the source code and changed the JDO part which I did not use for my tests and this way I could debug code. The build script complains that the JDO jars are not present. On the website which is given by the script http://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/final/jsr012/index2.html there is no more JDO 1.0.1 for download available. Is there another website where I can download these three files? I have a jdo.jar from my 1.0.1-build but that seems not to be sufficient. Do I need these JDO libs? I use the PB API and build my OJB by using the jar-debug option. Regards Lasse Lambrecht ___ Allianz Deutschland AG Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats: Michael Diekmann.
