OJB relies on the repository.xml file in JDO mode too!
The jdo file is needed for the bytecode enhancement.
Of course it would be easy to build the *.jdo file stylesheet
transformation.

Using JDO metadata file for OR mapping

In JDO mode, does OJB currently requires the O-R-mapping to take place in the 
repository.xml or can OJB use a metadata.jdo file for mapping too?
