I fixed the crash with poppler 24.04.0 released today, still need to figure out
what we need to do with the annotation because last i remember they worked but
it doesn't seem to do anything :D

If you run `latex map.tex` it will generate the file.

Are you sure you're in form edit more?

Your screenshot is cropping of the top of the window where the Show Forms
button is so I can't see if it's enabled or not.
