That's because you have not configured Qt4 to use the breeze icons. Not an

You're using a very old version of okular and libkscreen. This has been fixed
since, as a stop gap measure you can try removing KSC_XRandR11.so, but that's
always a bit dangerous of course.

I can't find what commit fixed this, but with the current version of okular
(the one you're using is almost 2 years old) i can't move the note outside the
page, hence no crash.

If you upgrade to Okular >= 0.24.2 and it still crashes please reopen this bug.

The code for reading xbm files we are using is part of Qt. So any program using
Qt to read images will have this problem. Please report the bug upstream at

Thanks for caring about form support in okular, but reporting 1453 issues in
the same bug entry is not good behaviour, it makes keeping track of what is
fixed, what is not, and the answers/questions for each individual issue
impossible.

The bug is in kubuntu, not in Okular.

You need a local copy, if you don't have a local copy it means you either have
to
A) have the file in memory forever, which is bad if the file is big.
B) access the remote server every time you need to read the file, e.g.
rendering a new page, which is bad because you create extra traffic and is
dependent on the remote server disappearing.

So a local copy is the best thing to do, no?

You should not, just don't call it KDE5, call it Okular or Plasma or
systemsettings.

Okular is independent on the desktop you use, you can use Okular based on

So you're using old poppler and it crashes and in a system with a newer poppler

Sorry but it's not a bug, you had fit width, and then you rotated the document,
fit width kept applying, if you didn't want fit width you should not have
chosen it.

Works fine, i wonder if you're not in Browse mouse mode (maybe in text selecion
mode) and that's why it doesn't work for you?

Added ability to view embedded files

The selected embedded file(s) are extracted to QDir::tempPath() and the
default application associated with the file type is launched with KRun.

Double-click on an embedded file also launches the view action.

The temporary files are cleaned up automatically when the dialog is
closed.
