If zfs sees too many errors on a disk, it will 'FAULT'
the disk, replace it with a spare disk and start resilvering.

We have one system where this keeps happening ... as explained in

http://lists.omniti.com/pipermail/omnios-discuss/2014-March/002413.html

We have since replaced the firmware on the controllers, and
increassed the fan speed, to make sure the contollers are not hot.

The disk, in any event seem to be ok, since they do not exhibit any
problem when testing afterwards.

So my question is, can I somehow convince ZFS that the disk it just
FAULTED is actually OK, and it should just fixup the bits that have
changed since it abandoned the particular disk ?

The reason I am asking this is that resilvering takes quite a lot
of time with the stuff we have on these drives, a few days at least
... and just a few hours ago, the scond drive in our RAIDZ2 got
faulted ...

cheers
