That shouldnt necessarily be part of the model. Cloud type perhaps but picking
cloud region (dfw vs hong kong) should part of instantiation not onboarding.

is there a way to specify the Cloud Region into the Service TOSCA Yaml File
so that a Service or VNF Can be forced to run on a specific Cloud Region
provided by a specific VIM .
