We need to have more committers supporting the project. Fortunately, now we have two contributors that have gratefully agreed to step up for the responsibility. Jack Lucas (AT&T), LF ID jflu...@research.att.com, has been a key contributor for DCAE code, and an integrator and tester for the all DCAE features since the beginning of the ONAP DCAE project. He is well qualified for an overall committer for the DCAE projects. Because of his familiarity of the PRH code base, he is ideal for being the committer for PRH and related repos, specifically the dcaegen2/services/prh and the newly proposed dcaegen2/collectors/hv-ves repos.
