[onap-tsc] Unable to create new JIRA on mandatory "Affects Version" introduced today

  Hi, I totally agree with the new mandatory field "affects version"  - however 
I have tried adjusting the "configure fields" section and an unable to raise 
any Epic or Story anymore because of the blocking error on this field - which 
does not show on the create issue screen.
   Setting the "Fix Version/s" field does not help.
   Can you adjust the "Create Issue" screen so we can fill in this mandatory 
field

[onap-tsc] ONAP Daily Bugs report Amsterdam Maintenance

Hi All,

ONAP Daily Bugs report for Jan 04.
Data  are presented on a 15 days rolling chart.

Observation:

1.   Almost the ideal chart! 1 defect is outside the 15 days rolling 
window. I will follow up with PTL. Great Job. Thanks.

Created vs Resolved Chart:
The top chart displays the cumulative created issue (in red) versus the 
cumulated resolved issue (in green). Ultimately, on the right side of the chart 
the green line should reach the red line.
The lower chart displays in blue the difference between the red line and the 
green line. Ultimately, on the right side of the chart the blue line should 
reach zero.

Recently Created Chart:
This chart is a derivative from the "Created vs Resolved Chart", and displays 
in a bar chart the number of created issue. The red stack represents the number 
of unresolved issues, the green stack represents the number of resolved issues.
Same data point, just another way to look at things. Ultimately, this chart 
should all be green.

Plain List of bugs:
This list represents all ONAP Highest and High priority bugs currently opened 
(status != Closed or status != Done or status != Delivered) and sorted by 
creation date. As the above charts are displaying data on a 15 days rolling 
windows, this list below may contain more bugs.
Ultimately, this list should be empty.
