Subject: [Onap-usecasesub] IMPORTANT! Registration for the April Subcommittee
F2F meetings

(Bcc'd to onap-discuss and the sub-c lists)

It is highly important that all participants planning to attend the April 1st &
2nd Subcommittee F2F meetings in San Jose register for the event!
http://www.cvent.com/d/66q8kv/4W

  * The ONAP F2F event is free of charge to attendees.
  * The ONAP F2F event is completely independent of ONS. ( ONS starts on
April 3rd)
  * Registering for the ONAP F2F -DOES NOT- register you for ONS
  * Registering for ONS -DOES NOT- register you for the ONAP F2F
  * The ONAP F2F will be very near the location for ONS, so there should be
no reason to change hotels if you are attending both events.

Thanks!
-Kenny

Re: [onap-tsc] Zero commit removal Request and Seperate the committer for parsers repo of Modeling project

2019-02-21 Thread Catherine LEFEVRE
Good morning Deng Hui,

I do not see any concern to move existing committers as you have suggested
What it is important is to update INFO.yaml file and send a request to the ONAP
Helpdesk

To remove committers, you do not need TSC approval

Here is additional information from TSC Charter -
https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/ONAP+Technical+Community+Document#ONAPTechnicalCommunityDocument-3.2.2.3RemovingCommitters

3.2.2.3 Removing Committers
A Committer may voluntarily resign from a project by making a public request to
the PTL to resign (via the project and ONAP-TSC email lists).
A Committer for a project who is disruptive, or has been inactive on that
project for an extended period (e.g., six or more months) may have his or her
Committer status revoked by the project's Project Technical Leader or by 2/3
super-majority vote of the project's committers.
The Project Technical Leader is responsible for informing the Technical
Steering Committee (TSC) of any committers who are removed or resign via the
ONAP-TSC email list.
Former committers removed for reasons other than being disruptive may be listed
as 'Emeritus Committers'. That title expresses gratitude for their service,
but conveys none of the privileges of being a Committer.

Best regards
Catherine

Re: [onap-tsc] Committer promotion requests for Integration

2019-02-21 Thread Catherine LEFEVRE
Good morning Yang,

I have reviewed your Committer promotion requests for Integration

·Brian Freeman – Ok

·Mariusz Wagner – I am unsure – only 1 contribution to the Integration
project over the last 90 days; 9 over the last 6 months.

His contribution has drastically decreased.

Are you sure he is still committed to contribute to the ONAP?

Let’s review within the next 90 days.

Best regards
Catherine
