Dear all,

I would like to nominate myself to serve as PTL of ONAP Integration project.

I have been actively contributing to ONAP Integration project since its 
inception. I have deeply involved in many ONAP use cases integration, 
especially VoLTE and vCPE.

I have 20 years of software design and development experience in the areas of 
network applications, platform, control and data plane protocols. I have worked 
as an architect, research scientist and software engineer in a few large 
companies (Huawei, AT Labs, Avaya and Cisco) and startups (dynamicsoft and 
Teltier). My current interests include network service orchestration, SDN, VNF, 
network protocols and optimization.

I enjoy working in ONAP community and interacting with great people from 
different companies. My goal is to work with each project team to deliver 
quality platform, and together make ONAP an impactful community.

Dear ONAP Integration team,

Thank you for your great work and support in the past one and a half years in 
the ONAP community, especially in the ONAP Integration! Because of the 
company’s internal work adjustment, I would like to step down as the ONAP 
Integration PTL and to continue to contribute as a committer in the ONAP 
Integration project.

The self-nomination for the ONAP Integration PTL is now open and will be closed 
at 11:59PM PST, 11/30/2018. Before the new PTL gets elected I will still act as 
the ONAP Integration PTL in order to make sure that the ONAP integration will 
not be impacted.

This would be the same meeting as another one scheduled for the same time slot 
with topic of “[sdc][so][sdnc] VoLTE WAN service definition”.  I didn’t see Dan 
sent out the invite late afternoon and I could not reach him at that time, so I 
booked a meeting with my bridge. We will merge the two meetings tomorrow. The 
topic would be the same as we discussed today, basically we need to decide WAN 
service definition among SDC/SO/SDNC. Please join the meeting and present your 
proposal tomorrow.

Chengli Wang (from China Mobile), who is the committer of NFVO and Integration 
Project in OPEN-O committee, is responsible for architecture design, 
requirements analysis, function implementation. He has over 10 years experience 
in software development and system integration.
Chengli also undertakes the entire responsibilities of OPEN-O Integration Lab. 
He lead to setup the first OPEN-O lab in CMCC and guide 
vCPE(Residential/Enterprise) and VoLTE E2E integration tests for two releases.
