I also request you to forward this opportunity to your friends or colleagues; so that we can help someone who may be in search of a job or looking for a change. == *Role :* Java Developer with Cloud experience *Location :* Atlanta, GA *Contract:* Long term *Must Have:* Experience in Horizontal Scaling to the Cloud and running DevOps very efficiently. *Key Skills / Responsibilities:* • Strong (at least 8-10 years) background of object oriented languages like Java, C++ etc. • Knowledge of Unix based systems. • Knowledge of SOA. • Knowledge about REST based Web services • Knowledge on cloud services like AWS etc. • Cloud-based implementation experience to ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable. • Knowledge on firewall , load balancing and virtualization concepts. • Knowledge on services like Mail service, Queue service, etc. • Knowledge of databases RDBMS, NoSQL Database, Cache system • Knowledge of installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, maintenance monitoring and backup, replication and data-recovery lifecycles. • First-hand experience in moving the back-end SW from NCR datacenters to Public Cloud. • Ensure IT architecture and solution design is aligned to meet the stated business and IT goals • Must able to motivate, negotiate, critically think, and business savvy. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
