Experienced in Agile project activities (planning, Inception, Iteration, sprint, story writing, sizing, Sprint Open/Close, validation and managing). Lead daily Scrum meeting on multiple projects Protect team from over commitment, prioritize defect/bugs/features and manage backlog. Remove impediments and getting tasks to completion. Participate in daily product review and communications regarding team assignment. Responsible for facilitating team communication regarding team issues. Drive team performance by eliminating waste and fostering an environment of continuous improvement, include facilitating decision making and protecting the team from outside forces and distractions Continuously improved iterations management capabilities by identifying best practices and adopting consistent, standard work and coaching/pairing across team.
