· Experience implementing externally-facing SharePoint sites

· Experience implementing SharePoint with a non-standard Microsoft
Active Directory configuration

· Hands-on experience architecting, designing and delivering large
scale (25000+ Users) SharePoint 2013 farm infrastructures

· Familiarity with SharePoint infrastructure management processes
(Including test plans, code migration, developer workstation
configurations, etc)

· Experience with complex SharePoint 2013 search deployments

· Familiarity with SharePoint backup/restore and disaster recovery
practices

· Familiarity with .Net development and SharePoint 2013 development
leading practices

· Experience with implementing claims-based authentication using
non-Microsoft technologies (Ideally with Ping Federate)

· Familiarity with complex SharePoint 2013 deployment patterns,
including stretch farms and hybrid cloud

Description:

SharePoint Architect needed with expertise in SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 
2007), Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS 3.0), InfoPath, K2 Workflow, 
SharePoint Designer 2007 and various other .NET components. The SharePoint 
Architect will oversee and participate in the architectural design, 
development, and customization of the ALICO SharePoint Architecture, including 
the development of pilot Department and Country sites. The Architect will also 
be helping others in the organization with SharePoint knowledge. 

Essential Job Functions 
? Requires advanced knowledge of business workflows and have an in depth 
understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, 
Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, and SharePoint Designer 2007. 
? In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, 
Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business 
Intelligence is required. Experience with Microsoft Forefront Security for 
SharePoint and application security centered around the SharePoint document 
library. 
? Ability to evaluate, select and articulate product strategies between MOSS 
2007, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and Microsoft Office Forms Server 2007. 
? Experience with Microsoft Office InfoPath Forms Services is required, as is 
experience with SharePoint Templates (Application Templates, Master Pages, 
Role-Based Templates, and the Community Kit for SharePoint). 
? SharePoint knowledge should include architectural design, Web Parts 
development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus 
on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations. 
Development experience with Microsoft.NET technologies is also required 
(ASP.NET 2.0/3.0, C#, XML, US, BizTalk Server, and SQL Server). 
Knowledge of the .NET Framework and experience working in the full Software 
Development Life Cycle. 
? Candidate should possess strong skills in Microsoft Server administration and 
demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS environment. Background in SQL 
Server 2005 and MOSS 2007 is required. Candidate should have a strong 
background in reports and analysis, and hands-on experience in the 
implementation of Performance Point and SQL Reporting and Analysis Services in 
a MOSS 2007 environment. Additional required skills include Microsoft Office 
Communications Server 2007 and Microsoft Project Server 2007. Candidate should 
have at least 4 years of experience with Microsoft server platforms, as well as 
demonstrated experience with MOSS 2007. 
? Experience maintaining SQL database solutions, including database management 
and clustering solutions is required. 
• Plans and designs systems modeling, simulation and analysis for project(s) 
crossing multiple product lines or major phase of significant projects. 
Participates as integral part of design team, coordinates engineers and support 
staff in project efforts. 
• Performs highly complex testing and research of software systems to enhance 
performance or investigate and resolve matters of significance. 
• Monitors and oversees the completion and implementation of technical products 
to ensure success and timeliness. 
• Reviews literature, patents and current practices relevant to the solution of 
highly complex projects. Identifies, recommends and pursues 
technology/practices to apply to solution. 
• Recommends and implements corrections in highly complex technical 
applications and analysis to enhance performance. 
• Conducts cost analyses and evaluates vendor capabilities to provide the most 
complex required products or services. Recommends vendor(s) and approach and 
presents to senior management/customer as appropriate. 
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. 
• Provides complex technical consultation to other organizations; interacts 
with senior customer personnel and internal senior management. 
• Provides the customer base with second level support. 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or 
related field preferred 
• Nine or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems 
programming 
• Experience working with software design principles
