Ideally, the candidates will have experience developing custom Visualforce pages and components from scratch on the force.com platform and working with the twitter bootstrap framework to handle UX and styling. The bootstrap framework is relatively new, so even 6 months to a year of experience with it should be sufficient. If no experience with bootstrap directly, considerable experience with other commonly used web development frameworks would be ideal.
