   - Objective C / C / C++
   - Hands on background working with* Xamarin.IOS, Xamarin.Forms*
   - Leading a team Offshore
   - Strong production support, troubleshooting experience
   - Strong understanding of emerging technologies
   - Experience with formal software delivery and quality methodologies
   - Knowledge of working with *SAP solutions, SUP, and Afaria*
   - Strong understanding of mobile platforms, device manufacturers, mobile
   browsers, and device management
   - Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of multiple teams
   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
   - Excellent communication and documentation skills
   - Strong leadership experience is a MUST!
