*Title: Symantec Endpoint Infrastructure Security
Engineer *

*Location: Moorestown, NJ*

MUST HAVE EXP WITH SYMANTEC CSP/DCS



*Role*

· A senior security engineer who has strong experience in
Information security management of *Servers and End-point systems*

· Experience with *Symantec CSP/DCS or Mcafee HIPS or TrendMicro
DeepSecurity is a* must

· Solid understanding of Security configurations on *Unix/Linux OS,
File systems, Unix kernel and kernel objects*

· Ability to effectively work with the Compliance/Systems
Administration Team for customizing System-Security Policies for *HIPS-HIDS,
File-Integrity monitoring, NAC filtering*

· Knowledge on Compliance assessment of IT assets against
pre-defined standards and custom standards

· Fluency in languages: *Perl, Shell scripting or Python will be an
advantage*

· Good Knowledge in *Security Hardening, Endpoint security controls*



*Responsibilities:*

· Administration of Symantec DCS, creating and customizing FIM, NAC
& IPS policies against pre-defined and custom standards.

· Maintaining and Monitoring the DCS/CSP agents on the Target hosts

· Analyzing and optimizing the baseline & custom policies to reduce
false-positives and non-critical events

· Coordinating with App-Server owners & Incident Response teams for
resolving/remediating the security incidents.

· Tool upkeep and management (Administration, backup co-ordination,
patch management, etc.)

· Co-ordination with vendor for problem resolution

· Creation of necessary reports working in co-ordination with
account team

· Support Rollout of agents to additional servers

· Testing and Implementation of new features in the tool,
Infrastructure upscale and software upgrades

*POSITION:* TRAX Business Analyst

*LOCATION:* White Plains, NY

*DURATION:*6 months +



MUST HAVE EXP WITH TRAX OR MROTRAX



*Skills:*

· Provide coordination among the Trax support team to efficiently
support the systems end users

· Coordinates and oversee the installation and testing of IT
related software patches and upgrades

· Manage support related communications with Trax including TRAXs
weblog system Gather and analyze new functionality requests from users on a
regular basis

· Facilitate any technical scripts provided by Trax.  Coordinate
testing and work with IT organization promote to production via change
control process.

· Liaison to Delivery team to ensure requests are documented,
conform with the SDLC and governance processes, and delivered
Administer the change request queue and related tickets

· Investigate, analyze and resolve Tier II application issues and
act as liaison for Tier III

and service level agreements  Qualifications:  Bachelors degree in Computer
Science or a related field or equivalent work experience

· Minimum one year in a customer service environment with 2nd Tier
support experience Trax experience preferred

· Proficiency in Excel functions, pivot tables, macros

· Strong analytical skills. highly organized and methodical with
attention to detail

· Flexible, able to change priorities quickly and handle multiple
tasks effectively

· Ability to establish rapport and hold people accountable to tasks
Excellent documentation and written communication skills

· Self motivated with the ability to work independently and in a
team environment
