Looking for a personality fit as well This position will be involved in all phases of the software development life cycle developing, maintaining, and evolving a financial management system for pawn loans. The candidate must be an expert in .NET architecture and technologies. The position will be primarily responsible for identifying and implementing the appropriate architecture and technology to meet specified business requirements and capabilities. The position will collaborate with various roles including product management, project managers and software developers to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate will be capable of both architecting and implementing a solution. The .NET Developer must have experience in multiple technologies and application development and support. They must have the ability to handle multiple releases and/or projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. They must be knowledgeable with software design methodology which includes analysis, design/architecture, development, testing and implementation. This person will participate in the creation of technical analysis, feasibility studies and best practices as well as construct software. Solid documentation, communication, development and presentation skills are a must. Requires background in IT systems development as well as commercial software product development.
