MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have three (3) years’ designing and programming enterprise-scale
n-tier applications.
2. Must have completed two (2) design and program enterprise-scale n-tier
application projects within the last three (3) years using all of the
following technologies and methodologies:
a. Microsoft .NET framework
b. C# programming

  *   i. Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or 2010
  *   ii. ASP.Net
  *   iii. C# .Net
  *   iv. Web Services
  *   v. Remoting
  *   vi. ADO.NET
  *   vii. XML
  *   viii. Serialization
  *   ix. Threading
  *   x. OOP
  *   xi. Software Design Patterns
  *   xii. Interfaces and Abstract Classes
  *   xiii. Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks
  *   xiv.Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2008 (or above) in the capacity
of one of many developers on a team.
  *   xv. SOAP and/or REST
  *   xvi.Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and .NET Remoting.

Must describe on resume the methodology and software used.
Samples of work will be requested if called for interview.

3. Two (2) years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher.
This must include experience with:

  *   a. Designing tables, relationships, and indexes
  *   b. Programming stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions
  *   c. Performance tuning and maintenance
  *   d. Creating reports using Reporting Services
