We are looking for Business Analysts with more business experience, understand Field and servicing, medical industry related is plus. Also some of the roles may require travelling within US and OUS in some cases. Excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to communicate with all level of management and business partners. months Our client has a project where they are bringing together complaint and servicing, involving many operating companies to be in one system/ERP etc… owned and run by a project team(OV). There are some deliverable s expected from the business side, so under the supervision of Technical Services Team Lead, the BA would work directly with Project Manager , TS SMEs and cross functional project teams/leads representing TS services and processes. Must have excellent communication skills be able to present to management.
