Work with Technical, Business teams to create logical data models. Create logical entities and define their attributes; and define relationships between the various data objects. The designs should ensure high-data quality and reduced data redundancy. Support new and existing development projects with logical data and process modeling activities. Create and maintain data dictionaries. *Essential Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: * B.S. with a concentration in business or technology. 8+ years experience in relational and dimensional modeling, including the development of entity relationship diagrams. MUST HAVE Experience with data modeling tools such as ERWin and Visio. Strong people skills including the ability to effectively and concisely communicate orally and in writing across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated strong analytical skills including the ability to solve problems in a systematic, logical and effective way leveraging defined processes and methods. Ability to collaborate in a team environment and ability to work independently to meet individual and team goals. Ability to handle multiple projects or issues concurrently.
