· *CRM* Solutions on Microsoft Dynamics [*CRM* Solutions expertise
with or Without MS Dynamics; tools like Sales-force/ Junxture also]

· Resource should be able to ideate, plan and provide solutions as
required, hence *communication* and go-getter attitude becomes a must.

*Key Result Areas*

· Exposure on implementation of *CRM* Solutions especially using MS
Dynamics OR Exposure to other *CRM* solutions like Sales-force and Junxture.


· Good *Communication* Skill / understanding customer requirements
and its translation to the IT group.

· Personality and attitudinal traits you look for in the candidate

*Industry Background:* BFSI [Asset Mgmt/ Wealth Mgmt/ Capital markets] -
Should have exposure to BFSI
