*Required Experience*



•              Data management (Data flow, Data Profiling , Data analysis
and Data Validation, Definition/Meta data, Reference Data, Data Quality,
Data Lineage, Data Transformation, Modeling, Reporting)

•              Strong business analysis skills

•              Strong communication skills, verbal and written (interface
with global teams)

•              Hadoop based technologies like Hive, Map Reduce, Pig, Hbase

•              Advanced skills in Mapreduce, Hive and Pig

•              Experience in Financial Services – Credit Risk



*Optional:*

•              Domain knowledge would be a plus (Risk -- > Basel II,
BCBS-239, Dodd Frank, Solvency II, and regulations etc)

•              Ability to program UDFs in Hive is a strong plus

•              Global IDs

•              Tresata



*Role :*

•              Data Profiling, Analysis and Validation

•              Defining Business rule and transformations in the Big Data
environment

•              Create conceptual and logical data model

•              Define Business POC

•              Define strategy for data consumption

•              Define strategy and provide data for Ingestion

•              Create full functional specifications for ITO team

•              Providing support to ITO team

•              Data lineage (for all RBWM data elements)

•              End user interaction to understand currently applied
business logic

•              Documentation (either in Office or directly into Colibra) of
data information and meta-data where applicable

•              Engaging with IT to verify source to target mapping

•              Engagement with RBWM parties on Data Policy implementation
for BCBS  (e.g. what are DQ rules for BCBS data elements, who are the
owners, DQIM process for BCBS data, etc.)

•              Candidates would extract the data from a wider data lake
created by customer and based on the requirement from business would
filter, massage/transform, Data model them and then pass on to the IT team
to execute in production.
