Job Requirements: *Technical Requirements*:
-10+ years of Technical Project Management background
-Must have experience in administrating/supporting Unix/Linux hosted
Middleware solutions, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware, JBoss, etc.
-Must have years' experience supporting Service Oriented Architecture
technologies and associated concepts (Governance, Registry and Repository,
etc.)
-2+ years working experience on Oracle SOA Suite 10g and 11g
-Good BPEL, ESB, OSB, Mediator technical experience coupled with attitude
to scout for optimization opportunities
-Should have experience in all aspects of Integration solutions in any of
the Integration Product(s) in Oracle Fusion Middleware Business
Integration Products such as Oracle BPEL, BAM, Mediator, SOA suite, OSB
-Hands-on knowledge on XML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL and WS-* standards
-Experience on at least one full lifecycle of SOA implementation project is
a must
-Excellent written and oral communication skills along with collaborative
team skills are required.
-A BA/BS degree Computer Science or equivalent field is required.
-Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and enhance customer
relationships
-Agile/Waterfall experience

-Seeking an experienced SOA Project Manager who will lead a team of
engineers, assisting with the architecture, design, implementation, and
daily operational management of the Oracle Middleware foundational
infrastructure and related application servers.
-Must have proven experience of leading a technical team in a SOA project,
showing a commitment to innovation, collaboration and efficiency while
building highly resilient enterprise solutions to meet business critical
needs.
*Responsibilities*:
-Work with client management to define short and long term strategic
direction and align project goals to it
-Collaborate with Client’s and 3P architecture/development/QA organizations
for optimal architecture and application design, maintain development
schedule and adhere to quality standards
-Lead project efforts through full lifecycle, including requirements
gathering, scoping, implementation, enterprise architecture review and
operational handoff.
-Lead efforts in executing middleware configuration management, vendor
management, problem mitigation, change management, and critical situation
management for mission-critical systems.
-Manage middleware projects and assesses risk, cost, and return on
investment scenarios and their impact as well as potential compatibility
issues with existing hardware/software.
-Serve as liaison to the business community, ensuring that its needs are
fully understood by the team.
- Mentor junior staff. Demonstrate an ability and willingness to transfer
knowledge.
