Project Name: SAP Hosting

** MANAGER PREFERS candidate to be in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME

NPW will work on the Business applications hosting team providing support
for SAP Application systems.
Direct Customer Facing Experience in a SAP Basis administration support
role which involved troubleshooting SAP, DB and server and network related
issues, backup and restore technologies and processes, with excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English.


Mandatory Skills:
* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written, technical &
interpersonal).Note: This role is first and foremost about managing
communication and the flow of information in a predominantly English
speaking customer and English speaking AT&T technical environment.
* SAP Basis administration experience supporting all SAP components like
ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, Portal, HANA, PI, BOBJ etc
* DB2/Oracle/SQL DB experience supporting SAP environment
* Unwavering passion for customer service
* Strong conflict management and resolution skills
* Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful conditions
* Foundational network and server administration knowledge/skills
* Strong aptitude for understanding and relaying technical concepts
* Excellent telephone manners* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well in a team and direct the activities of other groups
* Interface effectively and professionally with all levels of management
both internally and externally


Relevant Experience: As a SAP Client Technical Lead (CTL), you will have
the following duties and responsibilities:
* Provide guidance on the design, architecture and delivery of new and
existing SAP solutions
* Install and configure new SAP Netweaver applications and components (ECC,
BW, Portal, PI, BOBJ, GTS, Solution Manager, etc.)
* Configure and support integration with third party software and SAP
systems.
* Develop procedures and guidelines related to modification, upgrading and
application of patches for SAP related systems and components.
* Setup and maintain consistent SAP backup and Disaster Recovery procedures
for SAP servers.
* Support day-to-day tickets created by Helpdesk relating to SAP Servers
and SAP Software.
* Develop and maintain project schedule including task management
initiatives.
* Perform DBA and high availability configuration, system performance and
optimization techniques.
* Provide team leadership skill, transfer knowledge and provide guidance
for SAP operations, configuration, monitoring and tuning to peers and Jr.
Basis Team members.
* Provide on-call support
* Client reviews of projects and task assignments


Desired Qualifications/Skills/Certifications
Experience as a SAP basis and DBA administrator, with a preference for SAP
netweaver certifications
Experience with or knowledge of back-up and restore technologies and
processes
Demonstrated leadership skills

NPW will be a senior consultant on the team with technical experience
performing day to day SAP Basis tasks on various SAP products like ECC, BW,
CRM, Portal, BOBJ, PI etc and also perform Oracle and SQL DB DBA tasks.
Should also have experience managing multiple projects in parallel

NPW should have 5 to 8 years of SAP Technical experience with a proven
record of taking part in successful projects within SAP as well as be an
expert in SAP Basis Component. The ability to manage Executive Partner
relationships. The ability to drive KPIs & performance metrics internally &
externally. The ability to present & report to Senior Executives on status,
progress & overall business planning. A very strong ability to lead
customer relationships from the technical standpoint and handle client
escalations
