Four (4) years’ experience, within the last six years (6) providing training consultation services for large business or government agencies with at least 5000 employees. 2. Two (2) years’ experience, within the last three (3) years providing planning, analysis of usability, integration, feasibility, procedures, protocols, maintenance, reporting and implementation of a large training environment for 1,000 or more client nodes. 3. Must have completed three (3) or more training environment solutions within the last five (5) years. 4. Must provide with their resume at least three (3) references from employers where they have completed assessment for learning performance management projects. They must have been involved in all aspects of the assessment process and analysis of the systems used for learning performance management and provided the latest multimodal e-learning delivery, experience and working knowledge of the state-of-the-art training technologies and methods. Duration : Initial contract – 6 months, can extend longer PMs with mobile app and e-commerce experience Description: Seeking a Senior Project Manager for our luxury retail client. As a Senior Project Manager you will guide the implementation of our client's mobile applications by providing leadership and direction to a team of engineers and quality analysts in an Agile development environment. You will be responsible for all phases of project management from start to implementation. You will lead project planning, status reporting, budget and expense control, task management, risk and issue management, meeting facilitation, and ensure team cohesion. Responsibilities: Effectively plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver business requirements on time while meeting high quality standards. Partner closely with Product Management to accurately plan and set productivity pace leveraging Agile estimating approaches. Oversee the daily progress of the project with regard to time, budget, scope, and quality. Apply Agile project management techniques, methods, and tools to ensure project success. Report project status to IT leadership on a weekly and as-needed basis. Proactively and aggressively manage project risk and issues; defining mitigation efforts. Leverage innovative critical thinking approaches to solve problems. Demonstrate overall Project Management professionalism. Requirements: Minimum 5 years in IT Project Management. Minimum 2 years e-commerce Project Management. BA/BS. Scrum Master certification a plus. PMI certification a plus. Comparable retail experience preferred. Experience overseeing offshore project teams. Technical familiarity with web development. Experience with Jira. Experience with Mobile/IOS. Project experience in Agile environments. Demonstrated passion for project management and proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects. Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise; understanding of software development, testing, project management methodologies. Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and operating under tight time constraints. Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups. Verified ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Established ability to effectively collaborate in a highly matrixed organization and gain the trust of others. Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
