This includes all operations (Create/Update/Delete/Read) associated with managing repos for Docker/Python/Ruby/.Net/Java. o Github organization management. This includes all operations involved with (Create/Update/Delete/Read) of organizations within GitHub. Currently only the Admin can do this but, we need the ability to create organizations as part of CI/CD. o Service account / Owning Group management. This includes all operations involved with (Create/Update/Delete/Read) of service accounts and owning groups. Within the CI/CD pipeline the service accounts will own the services and the owning group will be a subset of CMDB group, with finer granular ownership. • Monitoring and Metric Collection development: o Add the required monitors and data collection to manage Artifactory. Monitors, and data collection shall include Performance Polling from each DC, Package upload metrics, availability metrics, packages by type. o Add the required monitors and data collection to manage GitHub. Monitors and data collection shall include performance, total sessions, metrics for total (commit, new organizations, new repositories), availability by DC. o Add the required monitors and data collection to manage Service Accounts, Owning Groups creation and management. Monitors and data collection shall include performance tracking, metrics for total (accounts, owning groups) created. o Metric collection of Jenkins usage metrics.
