We have Requirements for Java / J2EE people here in DC!!! They Range in skill sets a bit but the basics are this: For Jr Level they can be college grads, with basic Java J2EE Pay Rate: 25/hr For Mid-Sr- they need to have framework exp (Struts, Spring, Hibernate) Pay Rate: 45 Some of these candidates need to be US Citizens but I can use H1 B's for some of them. I know these are short details but frankly, our customer just needs great people with Enterprise experience- they are being somewhat picky, but with this openings, they need good people with different backgrounds.
